What is your warranty policy?

Are they compatible with my laptop? Is a driver required?

Yes, Displogia works with most laptops (Windows, macOS). USB-C plug & play. Some Windows devices may require a quick driver install – we provide that free.


Note

If you're using a company-issued, school-issued, or IT-managed laptop, your device may be operating in a restricted environment that blocks driver installations. This could prevent our standard models from working correctly, as they require certain drivers to function properly.

To avoid any setup issues, we highly recommend choosing Model Y, which is designed for plug-and-play compatibility—no drivers, no admin permissions, just seamless performance right out of the box.

Does it need external power ?

NO, Simply connect to the laptop for use.

Additionally, there is a port for external power that helps to reduce the laptop's power consumption. as an Option.

How do I get my product repaired within warranty?

Our Displogia’s products are protected by a 1-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects.

If anything stops working as promised — reach out. We’ll repair or replace it with priority support.
If the product is defective under warranty, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
